Summer Welcome and Nationals Ballgame

The HKS DC Network kicked off the summer with our largest summer gathering to date, with over 100 new admits, students and alumni signing up to join us!

Members of all degree programs gathered for a happy hour at the Bullpen on Half street to meet, mingle, and welcome new admits, interns, and recent graduates to the DC alumni community.

They then took a short walk down the street to Nationals Park. Although thunderstorms threatened, the rain held off and the weather was comfortably cool for June. HKS alumni and baseball fans from the DC area, wherever they may have hailed from originally, gathered together to share some good cheer, while cheering on our hometown Nationals against the San Francisco Giants.
