On Tuesday, August 1, the HKS DC Alumni Council partnered with the HKS Office of Admissions to host roughly 50 prospective applicants to the school, as well as 20 alumni.
The event was graciously hosted by Raul Tapia, an HKS/HLS alum, at his office space at FTI Consulting in Penn Quarter. The event featured networking and remarks from Raul; Jayme Johnson, outgoing HKS DC President; and Matt Clemons, Director of Admissions. This was followed by a panel of alumni from various programs and questions from the audience.
The Council is grateful to newly elected councilor Katharine D'Hondt, MPP '16 for planning and leading this excellent event - the second new candidates reception in DC.
