Zika discussion establishes strong bonds

Generously hosted by FTI Consulting and HKS alum Raul Tapia at Liberty Place, NW, over 55 alumni from Harvard Kennedy School, Harvard T.H. Chan School of Public Health, and the Harvard School of Dentistry gathered to listen and participate in a topical, timely, and hugely informative discussion on the Zika Virus.

It was the first time a joint event had been formally held by both schools of government and public health. This partnership holds much promise for Harvard alums across DC.

Jim Smith from the HSPH's Alumni Office supported the event, and leadership was provided by Josh Glasser and other HSPH alums alongside outgoing HKSDC councilor Ellen Steifvater, and serving HKS Global Alumni Board office-holder David Rosenberg. Special thanks to Joey Wang and Yancy Love who both played critical roles in making this event such a success.
