SHIPWRECK Night at Woolly Mammoth

Join HKSDC for a night at Woolly Mammoth to see a performance of SHIPWRECK: A HISTORY PLAY ABOUT 2017, by Anne Washburn. This is our second annual outing to see how public policy and politics can be addressed through the performing arts.   

"SHIPWRECK is a radical play, not just because of Anne’s audacity to imagine James Comey’s meeting with President Trump, but also because of what she makes visible about this current moment in our nation’s history. The play asks whether a play can be written about a current moment or if a period of time must pass. At once provocative, haunting and hilarious, this play challenges the way we think of our country, our government and ourselves. "
