HKS DC is proud to host Rob Shriver, former Acting Director of the U.S. Office of Personnel Management and current Managing Director of Democracy Forward’s Civil Service Strong program, for a frank conversation on how changes in Administration policy are shaping the future of the U.S. civil service and what we, as individuals, can do to take steps to restore a merit-based civil service.
