HKSDC Alumni Council Spring Reception on Capitol Hill
After a three-year hiatus, our biggest annual event is back!

Time & Location
Mar 08, 6:00 PM – 8:30 PM
U.S. Botanic Garden, 100 Maryland Ave SW, Washington, DC 20001
About The Event
After a three-year hiatus due to the COVID-19 pandemic, the Harvard Kennedy School Washington, DC Alumni Council is delighted to cordially invite you to attend our Spring Reception on Capitol Hill, which will be held on Wednesday, March 8, 2023, with support from the HKS Office of Alumni Relations.
For HKS DC, this annual reception is a hallmark event. Thanks to our host U.S. Rep. Dan Crenshaw (R-TX, MPA 2017), this year’s reception will once again be held at the U.S. Botanic Garden and Conservatory, located across from the Capitol (near the Federal Center SW Metro station).
In addition to the usual fellowship of alumni from across the HKS community, including members of Congress who graduated from HKS—as well as beer, wine, soft drinks and hors d’oeuvres—we will be surrounded by lush beauty.
To cover the cost of refreshments, tickets are available for all alumni at $45. Those alumni who purchase tickets before February 13 will enjoy an early bird savings of $5/ticket. Note, we will only sell tickets until capacity is reached. Tickets will not be available at the door. Tickets are transferable but not refundable. If you have questions, please email info@hksdc.org.
The HKS DC Alumni Council is a non-partisan organization and, as always, the Spring Reception is a non-partisan event.
We hope you will join us!
