With a near-capacity crowd, HKSDC alumni and HKS admissions director Matt Clemons held iour annual reception to welcome Harvard Kennedy School’s newly admitted applicants for 2018. The event was held at the Public Contracting Institute, which generously donated the venue for the evening.
Clemons kicked off the event welcoming the new pool of prospective students. Recognizing that each applicant may well have other options for matriculation, Clemons emphasized the distinct advantages unique to HKS graduates, not least of which is the extensive network of HKS alums around the world which they will eventually join.
Applicants then spent the evening enjoying canapés, drinks, and socializing, while alums enthusiastically answered questions about the HKS experience.
