On a summer's evening in downtown DC, over a dozen HKS alumni hosted Bob Kolasky (since appointed Deputy Assistant Secretary at the Department of Homeland Security) and Tony Cheesebrough (Chief Economist for the National Protection and Programs Directorate at the Department of Homeland Security).
It was a lively discussion on questions of risk, allocating national security resources, and the challenges of implementing innovative policy in government. It was a superb addition to the At The Briefing Table series, and more will follow in the near future.
